Thesis printing

My thesis is due next Friday (HOLY CRAP), and I'm trying to decide where to get it printed and bound. Around the uni there are four printing services (that I know of): Kopy Stop on Mountain street (near Broadway), Kinko's Broadway, Officeworks Glebe, and the University Copy Centre ( Read more... )

I had absolutely no problems getting mine bound at Officeworks Glebe. All I did was get mine bound with the regular comb thing that they use, inside some pretty red, textured cardstock.

My thesis is 20k. Officeworks seems to be the printer of choice...

Holy crap, that's exciting!!

Binding-wise: I printed and bound my 4 copies in MQ Uni Library. They have the binding supplies and machines in one place, and as far as I know everyone just does it that way at MQ.

I can't offer much: mine was bound courtesy of the Physics Department. It really is wrong that they will take your time and ideas, but won't help you bind it. I've done other binding at OW Glebe though, it's pretty good

Mine was done according to a set format scheme distributed by my department, which includes cover pages. It was double sided, single column, 12 pt.
