2 weeks to go. Don't think my fitness is going to be where i want it but there's not much i can do about that now. Noticed a distinct lack of motivation last week so tonight i'm cancelling weights - will attempt a 14km run (length of the city 2 surf). When i see how badly i do i reckon i'll wake up to myself and work really hard the rest of the week.
Planned
Monday: 14km run
Tuesday: Climbing
Wednesday: PT session
Thursday: 8km run, weights
Friday: 3.5km Jog (working so can't do anything in the evening )
Saturday: 10km run (Maybe - possibly squash or something instead)
Sunday: Zone training + weights
