I've come up with a new and probably doomed-to-fail way of maintaining the exercise regime i've been trying the last month or so. If i post here every day or maybe each week a list of what i planned to do versus what i actually managed - maybe i'll stick to it because otherwise i'll be embarressed about how little i've done (since everyone will KNOW how little i've done). lets start now! my week begins on a sunday; SO
Sunday : 25km bike ride (done)
Monday : 5km jog + pump class at gym (done)
Tuesday : 5km 4km jog (done) + weights session (planned) + cycle class + pump class (done)
Wednesday : rock climbing (done) oops!!! I wrenched my knee on the very first wall and thus did nothing more than belay Alex. also meant that thursdays jog went out the window, as has fridays workout. HOWEVER the knee is much better now than this morning, i think i'll go on a very long slow ride tomorrow to build up the muscle around the injury
Thursday : 3km walk or jog (planned) scrapped
Friday : 40 mins cardio at gym, weights session (planned) scrapped
Saturday : 9.5km jog 40km bike ride (Planned)
Lets see how i do eh?
