Chapter 2

"Umm... Why do i have to wear a dress?" Jaejoong asked when the two ladies showed him a beautiful white wedding dress that he'll be wearing for the big event. It was hard enough for him to bear with them, since he was trying hard to ignore those disturbing holes on the ladies' pale bodies. Oblivious to Jaejoong's nervousness, both ladies looked at each other and laughed.

"Because you're the bride, silly!" One of them, Park Bom, who lose an eye and have a hole on her right cheek answered. She placed the dress onto Jaejoong's arms and pats his shoulder with a smile.

"B.. But i'm a guy..."

"At one glance i look at you, you're obviously a bottom!" A voice interrupts as she entered the bride's room. Jaejoong quickly shift his eyes on the wooden floor when he saw the old lady in the elegent navy blue dress was left with nothing but bones and a bun of white hair. The old lady slaps the young man's back hard and pushed him into the changing room, "Now hurry up! Dont let the groom waits too long!"

Jaejoong sighed and enters the changing room in defeat. He placed the wedding dress onto a chair carefully and looked at his own reflection, pulling his locks back and studies his features. Why am i choosing this path? He asked himself and recalls the encounters that happened the day before. It's true that everything happens unexpectedly and seems to be impossible, but what makes him wonder towards himself is that why he didnt just reject him? Why did he choose this path instead? Is it because he wanted to go against his mother for once? Or because he wouldn't take back his words like a coward? Or maybe because-

"Yooohooo~ What took the bride too long~?" Jaejoong jumps in surprise when the old lady knocked onto the door, interrupting his train of thoughts. He quickly took the dress and starts unbuttoning his shirt.

"I'm sorry! I'll come out soon-" Jaejoong was about to remove his shirt when an eyeball rolled into the room by the gap below the door. He screamed and quickly covers his bare chest with the shirt again while the others outside burst into a feat of laughter. The eyeball stopped rolling, it's pupil facing at the frightened young man.

"Hi, Jaejoong-shii!!!" Bom called out from outside. "Granny Sue threw my eye in to see whether you're done or not..." Her voice drift off as they starts giggling again. Jaejoong's face turns red and quickly kicks the eyeball out of the room.

"That's not funny!"

"Whoa! Go easy on it, dear." Granny Sue called out, still giggling.

"Perverts!"

Yunho taps his feet impatiently and starts fidgeting around. It is finally his wedding day and he've been waiting for this day to come for a long time. But the painful silence and the long wait is killing him, making him helplessly trapped in boredom. He then stood up from the chair and started pacing up and down, wondering if he should sneak out of the room and take a peek at his soon-to-be wife.

Just thinking about his soon-to-be wife alone sends his stomach doing sumersaults. Yunho decided to be a bad boy. He quietly snuck out of his room and quickly sprints towards the empty corridor, which leads to his bride's room. He tip-toed along his way with a silly grin on his face, feeling that he's the happiest man in the world. Out of blue, someone taps onto his shoulder lightly, sending him jumping in surprise.

"What are you doing...?" Yunho's best friend, Park Yoochun asked. Back then, Yoochun used to be a famous musician and a very popular player. But now? He's just a lost soul wandering around, flirting with frightened girls.

"I.. Uhh.. Ahh..Umm..Ee.." Yunho stuttered while pointing towards a direction, mentally slapping himself for being such an idiotic fool. Yoochun in the other hand looked at the direction he's pointing at and raised an eyebrow.

"What's with the art gallery? Well whatever. I have something much better to talk about," He placed an arm around Yunho's neck and walks along the corridor. "Congratulations on your wedding day though. And you know what? Your wife is a killer! Got me thinking of getting married too but i just cant find the perfect wife i'm looking for. What do think, bud? You know anyone that suits me? Oh by the way, I've prepared a perfect song specially for you two! You guys gonna love it!"

"Uh-Uh..." Yunho answered nervously as they came nearer and nearer towards the bride's room. Yoochun frowns at his friend's odd behaviour and punch his shoulder.

"Yahh! Seriously what's wrong with you-" His sentences was quickly cut off when he noticed the bride's room is just two doors away from them. A playful grin slowly formed onto the man's face and he starts pinching the groom playfully, fully aware at his friend's little mischief now. "Ooohh~ You naughty boy Yunho!"

Yunho quickly hushed at the man to shut up and quietly tip-toed towards the side of the bride's room door, leaning a little bit further to peek inside. Yoochun in the other hand just snaps his fingers together and he vanished. Yunho could see Granny Sue, Bom and Sunday sitting by the window chattering and giggling, but no Jaejoong. He pouts, already missing his bride even though the last time he saw him was an hour ago.

"Hey Yunho. Where's you're bride?"

"Shut up, Yoochun."

As if Jaejoong heard their conversation, the latter came out from a room with the white wedding dress on, making him look even more beautiful than he already is. Yunho gulps and blushed when Jaejoong hold the long dress up a little to move forward, revealing a small view of his legs.

"Awww... You look beautiful! Yunho have picked his bride well, didnt he?" Granny Sue compliments him as she pinch both Jaejoong's cheeks.

"Yah, Jaejoong-shii! Your hair is such a mess! Come here!" Sunday pulls the man with her and makes him sit onto a chair at the dressing table. She took a brush and brushed his silky raven locks lightly. "Better! Now, Bom? Where did you put that rose braid?"

"Woow~ Look at that beauty." Yoochun whistled, only to cover his mouth when everyone heard him. Yunho panicked and tried to run back towards his room, cursing Yoochun under his breath when Granny Sue is heading towards the door to see whoever that person was.

"Jung Yunho!" Granny Sue caught him and pulls the man to the entrance of the bride's room by the ear.

"Yes- OW! OW! OW! That's hurt!" Yunho whined, trying to remove the old woman's hand away from his ear. Granny Sue pinched harder and smiled, shaking her head lightly.

"And I know you're here too, Yoochun."

"Ahh~ You always got me." Yoochun reappeared again at Jaejoong's side, making the man gasped in surprise. Yoochun gestures his hand and bowed at him in a gentlemanly way, "Park Yoochun at your service."

"Park Yoochun? As if in the late Park Yoochun? The great musician?" Jaejoong asked, his face brightened up.

"You know me." Yoochun beamed, feeling proud.

"I'm always a big fan of your amazing works."

"I'm flattered, beauty." Yoochun said in a greasy tone before winking at him, ignoring the deathly glare Yunho shot him. Jaejoong laughed nervously and took a step further away from ghost, never thought that the great musician he admires is actually flirting with him. His eyes then rest onto Yunho, who was glaring at Yoochun and fidgeting uncomfortably since Granny Sue is still holding onto his ear. He chuckled a little, making the said man realised that he was looking at him and blushed a little.

Granny Sue frowned a little and let go of the man. She grabs Yoochun with her as they heads towards the dressing table, picking up a red bottle on it. "Yahh! What are you doing??" Granny Sue just ignores the man and squeezed him into the small bottle. She then took a cork and sealed the bottle with a satisfied smile.

"Dang! I hate bottles." Yoochun groaned, knocking his fists on the glass wall.

"Now, Yunho." Granny Sue turns towards the man and threw the bottle at him. Yunho quickly catches it so that the bottle wouldn't fall onto the floor and breaks into pieces. "I want you NOT to release this greasy friend of yours till the event starts. Do you understand?"

Yunho nods obidiently.

"Now what are you waiting for? Get out!" Granny Sue pushed the man out and slams the door shut. Yunho heard the door knob rattles, showing it's already locked and some giggles inside. He smiled sheepishly and heads back towards his room. Atleast he get to see his bride just now.

"Hey! You can release me now!"

"No way."

The Kim family in the other hand, was never gloomier than before. Especially Madam Kim, who still have not gotten over the shock since yesterday. Now that all her plans were ruined and her only son is going to get married to a corpse, Madam Kim wished that she would just disappear from this world. That early morning, the other party already sent a ridiculously long weird-looking carriage (old age limousine) to bring them to their place and the whole journey was a total silence. Jaejoong never uttered a single word throughout the journey while the others didn't help either. And here Madam Kim was with her family, waiting for the big event to start.

Madam Kim looked at her soon-to-be son-in-law standing at the platform, waiting for his bride to come with a bright handsome smile on his face. She shuddered when her eyes lands on the man's hands, nothing but bones. She felt dizzy. No this cant be happening! This is all a bad dream!!!

The music then changes as the door at the back of the room opens, bright lights came into the room. Everyone stood up from their seats and turn their attentions to Jaejoong, as he walks across the room towards the platform infront of him. He stood next to Yunho and gave him a small smile before looking down at his own feet. The music slowly fades and the vow starts. Yunho turns towards Jaejoong and held up his hand.

"I, Jung Yunho, take thee, Kim Jaejoong, to be my wedded Wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, Speak now or forever hold your peace"

Jaejoong took in a deep breath.

"I, Kim Jaejoong, take thee, Jung Yunho, to be my wedded Husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love, cherish, and to obey,Speak now or forever hold your peace"

The priest, a skeleton in a purple robe spread his arms wide and said, "And now, you may kiss the bride!"

Jaejoong's eyes widened and his heart started to beat faster. He looked at Yunho, who's cheeks turn into a light shade of pink as he looked back at him.

"If i'm still alive, my heart must have been beating really fast now." Yunho laughed awkwardly and adjust his tie. He placed both his hands onto Jaejoong's shoulder and leans forward for the kiss.

Jaejoong squeezed his eyes shut when their lips met.

The crowd cheers.

Jaejoong's siblings and Changmin gaped.

Madam Kim fainted again.
