Last Saturday, I ding'd COR60 thanks to the weekly Sacrarium scroll. I XP'd in the afternoon on COR, with a standard party fighting puks in Wajaom. Then later that night, I joined a manaburn party in Aydeewa fighting Qiqirn Enterprisers. That was a great party; I ding'ed 61 and made significant headway into that level.
Sunday was D+D in the afternoon. Then at night, my friend Dasani's family had a big celebration dinner for two recent additions to their family (Kasey and Issac). It was a big, kind of wedding-style reception dinner.
Monday I didn't play either (except to harvest gardening products, ~64k profit). Went to my parents' church's LGBT group meeting.
Tuesday Francis helped me skill up my Marksmanship a bit in Quicksand caves. I raised it from 151 to 163 in just over an hour, but I also used up almost 3 stacks of bullets. They cost about 6k to 7k each. >.< We were also hoping to bump into the NM that drops Shaman's Cloak, but it didn't happen to pop.
Last night (Wednesday) I logged on and put up flag as COR, and to my pleasant surprise, I got an invite within minutes! (All my lfg times have been pretty short lately; I think I'm finally getting to a level range where COR is becoming desired for some reason.) Anyway, the party turned out to be fantastic. We sync'd to 58 and fought lesser colibri right at the ley point. For the first half hour or so, we fought w/o a mage (the WHM DC'd before the party even started). Our DNC managed to main heal the party, and did an excellent job at it too. It wasn't long before I got the 6k XP I needed to ding COR62. Overall I got about 25k XP in around 3 hours. After the party ended, I went to Tavnazia and picked up my scroll: 1300+ XP. I'm now 21000/21500 into level 62. :D
