Monday night, I went with Xedrik and Alelia to farm a MNK testimony for Alelia. It was fun to hop around on DNC for a bit. At first we tried Delkfutt's tower, but there was farming competition, and we could hardly get any target mobs. So we switched to Davoi/Monastic Cavern, and we got a drop on the first mob we killed in the Cavern. :D Grats, and good luck to Ale!
Last night, I solo'd for 3 hours on SCH, once again sticking to the page 2 FoV regime in Buburimu, and killing goblins in between. I used up an Emperor band charge and also got in 4 FoV runs, and managed to ding SCH26 and 27! (I started 25, @1200 to 26, and ended up about 1000 into 27). It's nice to sell back my recently purchased Zealot's Mitts, and go back to my Devotee's. I don't want to have anything from stinky Hoo Mjuu for too long. =P
I'm eager to try out some goblin BST pets now. The wiki recommends (for BLM solo) either one in Yhoator Jungle, or another in Bibiki Bay. I'm not sure how well I'd handle them solo, but I know some BLMs who might not mind syncing down with me to duo. One possible issue though, is that both camps just mention a single goblin BST. I'm not sure if they will respawn pets fast enough to maintain chains, or to make for decent XP. I guess I'll found out!
