...only it's Exalted character stuff.
Granted, as I'm never very secure about most things, I'm nervous and worry this isn't very good. Or something. Still, I like her. Also, I am tired. So tired.

She doesn't have an abyssal name yet
She started off a regular attractive young woman in a little town, kind of like they all do. She was the "big sister" to a large family, she loved her family and her town very much, and she never had any kind of grand dreams or desire for adventure. She wanted to get married and have children of her own, and bake pies, and be a schoolteacher.
She spent her days doing the last one a lot -- teaching the children. She also did a lot of general "help the community" kinds of things, and was that woman that brought a smile to everyone's face. She fed the elderly, gave everyone a gift on their birthday, always said thank you and was always willing to lend a hand.
So of course something terrible had to happen to her, and her little town too.
It started after their town was attacked by ... something scary. One of the men who had been courting her -- the handsome, financially well off one she would marry because she should, obviously -- hid her away in his house while so many other men in the town were killed, and most of their bodies were gone before morning came.
I was thinking maybe she would be from the town that the crazy group originally met up in, but I also worry that would mean she is to "young" in a sense. I kind of like the idea of the connection though. It also means she could have caught a glimpse of them, and set out to find them. Of course, we're all silly and the only character she could in theory track down would be Rebbecca's Lunar....
So they set upon rebuilding, and trying to restructure their lives with so many of their functional members gone. Then an amazing, handsome, totally useful Exalt showed up to help. He was kind of the hero of the town, he was totally in love with her {actually he probably just wanted to fuck her, but this is a simple town, they believe sex=love *cough*}
Of course, this hero Exalt who is being helpful and courting Kynthia was not well liked by the remaining men who wanted to court her, particularly the handsome, financially well off one she should marry.
She doesn't know what exactly happened, because she was to busy being a good schoolteacher and educating children. The popular opinion is that the Exalt was luring them into a false sense of security, and organized a raid or some kind. A lot of terrible things happened, as men raided the town. Probably something terrible and traumatizing happened.
In the end, her town was destroyed, and both she and the particularly handsome, financially well-off man she should marry were abyssal. Also, there was the horrible sound of children being slaughtered, which sent her into a blind fury and caused her to kill a lot of ... everything that wasn't a child.
The other thing is, that man came back really ugly, and she can't stand being around him anymore. Which is sad for him, because he really wants her. And is probably unhinged and following her around. Or something similar.
So, since her town was destroyed and she was filled with some kind of power, she has kind of become unhinged. She likes to destroy things, and the sound of crying children {even if it's typical baby crying, and nothing bad is happening} at the very least aggravates her. She has been traveling around destroying things at her deathlords{?} orders.
If she sees someone hurt a child, she kind of has to kill them. Not always, like if she is knocked unconscious or manages some kind of amazing mental control, but it is kind of her thing. You know, protecting children by slaughtering all the adults around them. I'm thinking I should do some kind of research, and maybe re-work her so she creates or summons things to take care of the children when she is done.
Also, the Neverborn have been whispering to her, sending her dreams, connecting to her. They are, in her mind, lost children, and she fully intends to do everything she can to help them. Which means her overall goal in life -- though she does not quite realize it yet -- is to break creation.
For appearance... she's attractive in the curvy body, full lips, and long dark curly hair kind of way. She wears purple and black, in some kind of armor or clothing that is tight or clingy. She doesn't carry her bow in sight, but she is an archer, and her bows are acid green when you can see them. Her quiver is a boring brown thing. There is often blood on her lips, and her teeth are extended far more often then they need to be.
I still need to do work on her, yes. I left the paper I wrote her down on at Eamon's though. But I know the things I need, so I can -- if I have time -- look at the books I have on disk.
