Yup, I noticed Bruce immediately.
As for Peter Jurasik, in the original he said that he's an accounting program and mentioned the name of his User. I think it'd be perfect if the accountant was still at the company, doing very well...at least until he made an idiot of himself during the last XMas Party, saying, "...but in purple, I'm stunning" before collapsing onto the dinner table.
I find it rather interesting that Encom's stock didn't seem particularly affected by the dotcom bubble; it shows only one huge drop, in the late 80's. Having read some hints about the nature of the film and the trailer, I think I know why, but I'll hold off on spoilers/speculation.
At California Extreme (the annual arcade game expo), they had "Video Pinball 2.0, by Encom", which was an Atari (arcade version) video pinball with altered graphics and Encom marquee. There are some interviews online with the supposed programmer, which also comments on Kevin Flynn and some interesting tidbits from his past.
