No real loss as far as I can see. Not artistically, at least. The think was really ugly, and I can see why they called it the 'butter Jesus.' The face was flat and not at all attractive in any way.

Because, out of all the things lighting could hit, you wouldn't think it would touch a 62-foot tall steel lightning rod?

Although, they say they're going to rebuild it...guess God didn't give them a big enough hint?
