Ever since I read The Next Great Bubble Boom I've been expecting to see this. I did a bit of due dilligence, and confirmed we were living in a pipe dream at 15K. I was expecting to see it next year until the depths of the sub-prime fiasco and CDO's was daylighted. It's not over, but I think we're getting close to the bottom. We might be starting to recover by this time next year :)
