This article on Psychology Today explains what I liked about the movie Avatar better than I can. Although I'm not sure they make it clear just HOW GREAT IMAX 3-D really is.
After seeing it I understood why it was sold out for weeks (the IMAX 3-D version is only playing in 2 theaters in the greater Tampa Bay area).
