We are back home now as Kit said and we have had a bit of time to chill out. While down in Aber Paul had taught us how to make sushie, so last night we got some ingredients and cooked the rice. Breakfast this morning was cucumber and rice in a seaweed roll. Very tasty but we will need to get some Sake from Edinburgh and a few other things, and some more practice will help to make it better.
We are feeding a friend tonight and we are hoping to cook udon noodles for them.
Well, time to march on.
