A little more poetry

Yes, it's about a real person. No, I'm not naming names...  After having read that particular comment of hers, this was my initial gut-feeling reaction.  To all who read this, remember that-- this was my initial reaction, and is also me venting in poetic form-- don't take this as the be all, end all statement of how & what I feel, also don't take this as literal truth or written as a fair statement-- this is poetry, this is expression of how I felt (right or wrong, fair or not), this is the emotional view not the rational one.  Really, with a lot of the poetry I write, those basic concepts should be remembered and kept in mind anyway.

Without further ado, here's the bit o' poetry:

Fear of Poetic Justice

The question asked, “What are you most afraid of?”
her answer, she wrote, “Being dumped by someone I’m in love with”-
Really. She writes that sincerely,
and I doubt she sees the irony-
not that she comprehends or cares
about the boyfriends she’s left behind,
love scorned, devotion disregarded-
she’s dumped more men who dared to love her
than most women date in a lifetime-
men she strung along, slept with and used first-
we’re not just talking day-dream boyfriends here;
she’s got a consistent record-the moment she knows he really cares,
she values him like a used tampon, disposable,
ready for the trash-soon discarded,
but she can still face the mirror of her computer screen
and proclaim to the internet
this is what she fears.
