“Try those, I’ll go hunting for more.” Morgan instructed and shoved a load of
clothes into Reid’s hands.

“Morgan, I just said I needed to go get some new shirts, you didn’t need to-”
“I know I didn’t need to, but you need me to.”
“Do I?” Reid tilted his eyebrow
and gave him a questioning look.
“You do. If I don’t keep an eye on you, you’ll buy something ugly in grey, brown
or white.”
“What’s wrong with that?”
“Nothing, if you’re sixty-five year old grandpa.”
“My clothes are fine!”
“For the bingo night in the retirement home, yes. And try these, too.” He shoved
three pairs of jeans on top of the pile of clothing.

“Morgan, we were looking for shirts.”
“Yeah, but where’re here anyway. We might as well check some other stuff to make
you look good.”
“So I don’t look good now?”
“Pretty Boy, you look great. I meant that we’ll try to make you look your age. Get in
the booth.”

Reid decided to give up and headed to the fitting booth, pulling the curtain
between them.  “You know, I once read a study about men who do things like this
to their  partners. Do you want to know why they do it?”
“Tell me.”
“You want the full theory or just the summary in layman terms?”
“Just the summary.”
“Your parents didn’t let you play with dolls.”

“Are you serious?”
“I’m serious.”
“So I’m using you as a replacement for the games I didn’t get to play as a kid?”
“Basically, yes.”
“That’s ridiculous. I-”
“This is ridiculous.” Reid pulled the curtain to the side. “I can’t wear these.”
“They look good on you.” Morgan gave the jeans a very appreciative look.
“Are you blind? They’re too tight.”
“They’re not too tight. They are just right. And they bring out your ass.”
“I don’t have an ass. I have a back and two legs and nothing between them.”
Reid was blushing and his voice has dropped down to a whisper.

“”That’s where you’re wrong, babe. You have a very picturesque ass. I’ve told you
that before. And even few times with my teeth.” Morgan was grinning from ear to ear.

“I know, and it took almost a week before the marks were gone.”
“Well, I like to know I left my mark.”
“You know what Ung would say about that….”
“I know what he would say, and I don’t want to hear you quoting him when I`m
trying to be romantic.”

“Romantic?”
“That’s what one of my ex`s called it. She always whined how I should go with
her to pick up her clothes. She always said I didn’t pay attention no matter
what she was wearing.”
“So you want to try something you didn’t  do with you ex.”
“Don’t try to analyse that. I just wanna play it safe this time.”
“That’s…”
“Dumb.”
“I was going to say `adorable`. It’s kinda nice to know I’m not the only
one who has no idea what to do.”

Morgan gave him a crooked grin. “I’m not sure what to make of that, but I’ll take
it as a compliment.”
“Good.”
“And we’re definitely buying those jeans.”
“You can’t be serious….”
“Hey, Pretty Boy… you look hot in them. And I want to show you off.”
“Why?” Reid sounded like he was seriously puzzled.
“Because I like to show you off and know you’re mine. And then go home, lock
the door and peel those jeans off.”

“Morgan, don’t do that.”
“Do what?” Morgan asked innocently.
“Talk like that. You always do that and it’s always so embarrassing….”
“Every word was true. You want me to show you?”
“What do you mean?”
“That’s one of you best features, you can be so amazingly innocent sometimes…”
Morgan grinned, stepped into the booth and pulled curtain to cover them from
the other shoppers.

“I can’t believe shopping could be so exhausting. Reid groaned and took a comfy
position in his chair. Three shopping bags were laying on the floor next to their
table. The waitress had just taken their orders.
“Isn’t that what all the chicks always say?” Morgan laughed. “You know, I
wouldn`t mind shopping with you again…”

“Except that I’m not sure if I can ever use those clothes you selected. I
like my style.”
“I like your style too. It’s kinda hot to think what’s underneath all those
layers…”
“You know what’s under those layers.” Reid was blushing again.
“Yeah, I do, and exactly why I want you out of those clothes. You’re hot stuff
and you don’t even know it. It `s a nice change. The chicks I dated thought
they were all that, but they really didn’t  live up to their own fantasies.
You on the other hand…”

“What about me?”
“You’re hot and you have no idea about it. And that makes you even hotter.”
“Really?”
“Really.”
“By the way…” Reid sounded like he was in his I`m-so-pleased-let`s-change the-
topic- mood. “Did you know there is a Scandinavian tradition, that concerns
clothing? When the leap day comes, the maidens can go to a man and propose
a marriage. If the man doesn’t want to marry her, he has to give her enough fabric
for a skirt as a compensation. It was a custom in the rural areas, and maiden
went from house to house reaping the benefits of the custom.”

“Are you comparing me to a girl, or are you trying to change the topic?”
“The latter one…” Reid blushed.
“How bout we make a deal about the clothes? When we get to my place, you’ll
model them for me and I’ll take them off?”
“Sounds fair.”
