He`s an OMC, who showed up in a three-parter called Competitive (it`s listed on the mainlist. Then he popped up few times until he hooked up with Hotch in a series called Playground. All the stories on the main list are in chronological order and part of the same continuity, so first ones are at the top, latest ones at the bottom. Most of them can be read as a stand-alone, but some stuff (like OMCs) don`t really make sense if you havent read the previous chapters.

I was reading a fic and I couldnt figure out who one of the characters was and I kept thinking "Should I remember him?". Then somebody told me he was on loan from another fandom.
