Okay what idea did Martin give to Charlie? What does David have to do with it? Will Ian and Colby be helping too?

How deep is Don's fear of not beeing as good as Charlie in Martin and his parents eyes? Does Chalrie help or hurt this fear? I can't wiat to find out more. Thank you so much for posting.
