I decided to go home over midsem break for a long weekend. While home, I mostly prepared things to take back to college with me rather than work on many projects. Looking back, I'm rather bummed out about that. I didn't get any work done on school assignments, which is going to bite hard for the next few days. However, compared to today, the next

Wow, sounds like quite the adventure. Too bad Kiska and I didn't know you were at DTW. We live about 15 minutes from the airport!

Sounds like they really had their heads up their asses there, though. Makes me feel confident about flying the friendly skies.

I'll definitely have to keep that in mind, provided, of course, that I don't get distracted by that psychedelic tunnel between terminals A and B.

That thing is fun =) Especially when the lights and music go all crazy and you're forced to just stop and stand there going, "Uhhhhhhhh O_O"

That being said, DTW is one of the best airports to get stranded at for a long period of time at least.
