A Cold and Windy Night... by FinnFan
Gusts of wind blow the falling snow flakes in every direction sometimes pelting the window, sometimes pushing them far far away into the dark sky.
The wind has picked up.
It keeps pushing against the loft windows in pursuit of the warmth inside that the two joined figures are enjoying. The chill of the winter hasn’t figured out a way to sneak in.
The figures are moving slowly against each other with a sense of purpose known only to them, a breath of a smile adorning both their faces.
A hand softly sweeps across a dampened brow. It’s bathed in the colors shining from the dark green tree standing in the corner dressed for the occasion.
A gasp full of wonderment escapes from two pairs of lips, the figures moving faster against each other in the soft hues of the lights above.
Mouth against mouth, chest against chest.
Fingers intertwined.
A square foil package lying needlessly on the floor.
Heart against heart.
