I actually tried to use tumblr... failed so badly because I kept trying to fit shit in. Anyways, I sort of translated snippets of Come to Play + Seungri's Melon Interview thing, or at least the parts I like. But there will probably be subs soon lol for Come to Play.

I'm still not used to tumblr and it still kind of sucks how after a few reblogs you can't see the original source without having to dig through because people like to delete the credits or something, so I can never figure out who uploaded it in the first place :(
Anyways, Come to Play is a must watch for Seungri stans. The show is 75% about him, either he's talking 50% of the time or the other 25% the members are talking about him. Some excruciating parts where they pick on him all the time and everyone ranks him as ugly or whatever amongst Big Bang but I guess it's all in good fun. Still, not helping his image, lmfao, he admits to being arrogant and everyone jumps on the bait. Also, the thing about him getting shot with the fireworks... now people are going to look at that moment and instead of seeing him as a professional who wanted to keep going, they're just going to see him as someone who got overexcited and got hurt by his own fault or whatever. what in the actual fuck lol. Sometimes I feel like talk show wise it's always Seungri vs everyone else in big bang
Also, Seungri is getting way better at facial expressions now. He's literally like :D all the time. It's cute... but why must all the jokes be at his expense sigh
Oh, this is a random rant but I also can't really stand a few select comments people make about Seungri all the time, especially when they claim they're Seungri stans or whatever. like always saying stuff like "hm, daesung's not there, seungri has to handle this and that's not gonna turn out well..." or whatever like what the fuck seriously lol or criticizing him for blah and blah. i don't know it really bothers me when people say they're seungri stans and then on every show, etc. they just scream about how gd is so polite compared to seungri or gush about how top is hot and how seungri is jealous. like really lol once or twice is fine but i sometimes see this with every fucking post and I'm like why even bother to pretend to claim that you're a seungri stan for the sake of seeming "not typical" when you clearly don't like the guy that much?
Oh yeah, yay, finally, his picture! He looks great.
And about translations --I never realized how off some translations are. I know that subs are often sort of off but I didn't realize how badly interviews were translated sometimes over from Korean lol. Never trusting translations again. It's literally like
Variety Show Subs: Hm... well, there are some off parts that skew the definition a bit but overall it's okay.
Lyric Translations: Well, 25% of the song has a totally different meaning but at least for the most part it gives a rough definition, even if the feel is a little different.
Interviews: Is that really the same thing that I just read because where did that even come from
I'm guessing it's because a lot of them go from Korean to Chinese to English, though, so there's a lot more chance for error. I mean, it's cool that people are translating and trying, but seriously I feel like there should be disclaimers when people are THAT off to the point that paragraphs are just chopped off.
