I find your ticket pricing practices to be quite deceptive. The event I am attending costs $20, but after fees, it's over $30. Do you honestly believe it is acceptable to increase the price by more than 50%? Why can't I see this price when I search for the event? Why do you add the fees one by one, instead of being honest and upfront about them? And where the hell is your feedback page???! Why did I have to click on the 'Help' link to file this complaint? I don't need help, I need a reasonable method of communication with the company I am sending my money to.
I would like to know exactly what my fees pay for, and why I shouldn't mind paying it. Aren't all these orders processed by computers anyway? They don't need to be paid, and your site hasn't undergone any major graphical changes in years. I personally know that maintaining a website is a very small expense compared to building one. I would think that you finished paying for that years ago as well.
I find your company to be both dishonest and insulting. You obviously rely on people's deeply held desires to see their favorite performers to keep them clicking through the fees. If it was up to me, I would never purchase a single ticket from you again until your pricing practices changed. But, you have a monopoly over the business. In such a case, I believe you have an even greater obligation to be open and honest with your customers.
