Okay, that was a good ballet...
Well, Hidden Language is in the can. We ran eight pieces, including several moderns, a flamenco/pointe shoe fusion, a straight flamenco, and a couple of story ballets. It was a lot of work, and months of rehearsal, but quite fun!
Here are a few photos... First up, my old partner Christine, a Reindeer in Peer Gynt, and I, the Thief from Parade...
And here are the American Girls from Parade. I got to jump into their line and do a bit of dance with them! They had the sweetest character number, about eight minutes or so, total, and they just nailed it. This is the up-and-coming new A-Team at the studio, and they are coming on strong.
