WSB vs the super bowl
Today is William S Burroughs birthday...
also it is super bowl 40... if everyone remembers, dr thompson took his life last year on 2/20 and in his suicide note he said "football season is over..." i understand this. so i feel compelled to make a prediction on the game. this year is hard for me because i have nothing emotionally or monetarily invested in the outcome. honestly, i could care less who wins... but in the spirit of my love for the game i played (or made a mockery of in my attempt at playing) i will pick a winner...
the pittsburgh steelers will win their 5th super bowl 31-21 over the seattle seahawks with a mix of smart passing by ben rothlisberger (too lazy to check the spelling), adequate running, and a savage defense that will make the soggy folks in the great american northwest wet their ponchos with tears... the land of the famous brian bozworth bust and cobainanites will feel sadder than the spawn of a gothneck and grungy heroin addict.
