Hello! It's been a while but I'm back in the Beatles fandom. I want to say thank you to everyone who has read my fic and left comments during my absence. I've been stunned, impressed, and genuinely moved by every one. I don't know yet if I will continue Holding Onto the Things that Slip Through your Fingers. It's hard coming back to it as I've changed a lot as a writer and even my opinions about the characters have changed. Despite that, I really love the positivity of the story and what an incurable optimist I was back then about J+P (and still am, if I'm being honest). I may try to move the story to AO3 if I do continue it, but my posts on this website will always remain open because I cherish the comments and support far too much. Some of my favorite writers were on LJ back in the day and it's nice to read comments and think of them again. Furthermore, if I do restart the story, I will absolutely provide links on my LJ page.
I'm writing new fiction to get in the swing of things and I have a couple new stories to share with the McLennon community. Because the LJ J+P group is gone, I have relocated to AO3 under the username fingersfallingupwards. You'll see me around there or on tumblr so feel free to say hello.
All-in-all, I remain overwhelmingly grateful to this community for the way it helped me during a hard time in my life. I'm very happy to be returning to it a lighter person.
