to be an individual you have to do everything your own way. think your own way. act your own way. if you change who you are you are giving in. you are giving into this massive society that eats individuals. a society where corporations are always 6 months behind on fads. where the radio plays music no individuals want to listen to. most people hate the radio for one reason. the radio plays what the masses of people want to hear. well the masses are usually people who are trying to be like individuals. if someones individual is so beautiful, so perfect, you just want to reach out and touch it. you just want to be able to hold it in your grasp for just a second because your individual wants nothing more then her individual. i may be to love struck with the thought of individuality and may be missing a larger underlaying point behind this whole thing. But, if at any measure someone's individuality is sacrificed for the masses, its the same as someone giving up their favorite cds for a radio. but if what you want to listen to is the radio, by all means make that trade. through a search for individuality some people get tangled up in themselves.
