My Internet is finally working again.
I felt like shit yesterday, and I wasn't going to go to school, but I went after my doctor's appointment, so I missed everything up until 5th period.
Went to Kraig's house last night and watched "Boys Dont' Cry." Hilary Swank was amazing; it's no wonder she won the Oscar. The movie was excellent, but very brutal.
I've been at the school since 10 am this morning, and I just got back at 4. Zach, Desi, Rachel, Kraig,Jessica, and Antonio and a few other people were all in the auditorium helping to build the Sound Of Music set. It was pretty fun actually. Jessica, Antonio, and I were focusing on one part of the set for "maria's bedroom", but stagecraft is filled with idiots and what they had already built was wrong. We tried for about 2 hours to fix it, but it wasn't repairable, so we had to take it apart and start all over again on the set and we haven't finished. We're going to go back during FCAT and do it, because we don't want anyone else messing it up; we're doing it right and now it's starting to look good.
I'm supposed to be cleaning my room now, but the internet guy came and fixed it, so I'm taking advantage of it. I'm glad I did too, because I found this out:
" 'BABEL' TOWERING
Grey makes first deal as new Par boss
In its first major move under new studio chief Brad Grey, Paramount has set up the star-driven drama "Babel" with Brad Pitt, Cate Blanchett and GAEL GARCIA BERNAL to topline and Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu directing a script by Guillermo Arriaga . " _Variety
Finally, something that's going to be mainstream that I'll actually be able to see in theatres! (Gael is hardly ever in any mainstream commercial movies.)
Back to school tomorrow for One-Act rehearsal. Joy.
