Don't think so! Though given his tendency to meet Sophie's people (and the people that interact with her people), he'll probably wind up meeting Robin eventually.
Kal semi-registers as Kon and Buffy's kid. Fran hasn't run into him in a while.
Kon has made a better impression on Fran of late. Fran's still pretty skeptical of Kon's attempts to "reform" Clark -- he has a major ping for free will, and that was one of their major interactions -- but Kon seems like a decent guy, all told.
Francescu respects Minagawa's skill in voodoo and cooking both, and finds him pleasant company. It's not really a complicated relationship, and fortunately all of Fran's people are smart about the kitchen and so are unlikely to be cursed. :Db
Clark was Francescu's first friend and is still one of his closest, even though they don't hang out onscreen as much as they used to. (He's still saving that neon sign, though. O Clark.) He was sort of hoping that Clark and Christine would hit it off; he thought he'd be good for her. Really, though, this is another fairly simple relationship, and one Fran enjoys.
