I-I have apparently inherited this from Dino, so from now on all info will be in this post. : WARNING: It is image-heavy under the cut. (but the images are all small ones)
Cavallone Ranch Apartment Complex and Inn
First of all, Cavallone Ranch is an apartment complex and inn situated in the second class district and owned/managed by Haru. On
Kitty's Map, it would be bordering near the park close to the Amphitheater (the little fan.) This puts it in a good spot for people interested in both the park and the business district, as neither one is far away.
Lease and Terms of Service
+ Pets are allowed.
+ There is no smoking inside the building.
+ There is no fighting inside the building.
+ Any property damages will be paid for by the responsible parties.
+ Only residents and visitors are allowed upstairs; Inn customers are not allowed into or past the foyer.

To get some idea of what the Ranch looks like, here are a fair amount of pictures:
The building has obvious Italian tones to its architecture. It's a sprawling brick and stone building, and it has a very large yard. (It was, afterall, given its name for the flaming pony that used to be on the grounds.) In warm weather there's a large garden and an open pool in the back. There are also shaded areas with tables and chairs for relaxing out of doors. Imagine a building that looks rather like this from the front:
And this from the back (where the foyer is) plus the pool:
And the balconies in the back on the top floor:
Now to give some idea of how the first floor looks, here are some images of the foyer, kitchen, sitting room.
And this is roughly how the halls throughout the building look.
To give some idea how the apartments appear, this would be Haru's apartment:
And, the Varia apartment:
And here is an idea of what to expect from the Inn rooms/bathrooms. Each one is designed to be unique.
Annnnd there you have it. Hopefully that gives a very good idea of what to expect at the Ranch~
