well the cma's were on tonight and i am confident that out of all of the people who are going to read this, i am the only one who watched it. (yes, i'm saying out of all 4 of you, i'm the only one!) it was a great show! one of the best! but i have to say, it was missing something. a vince gill, to be exact. he usually hosts it, but not this year! the whole 3 hours it was on, i was talking to jenn.
i really shouldn't have been doing any of this because i have a huge mother effing test tomorrow in what lindsey's dad likes to call, human feces. the subject of which i'll be tested on reminds me of my favorite part of ferris buellers day off:
"I do have a test today. that wasn't bullshit. It's on European socialism. I mean, really, what's the point? I'm not European. I don't plan on being European. So who cares if they're socialists? They could be fascist anarchists. It still doesn't change the fact that I don't own a car. Not that I condone fascism, or any -ism for that matter. -Ism's in my opinion are not good. A person should not believe in an -ism, he should believe in himself. I quote John Lennon, "I don't believe in The Beatles, I just believe in me." Good point there. After all, he was the walrus. I could be the walrus and I'd still have to bum rides off of people.
the only part that reminds me of human species is the part about his test. my test is mostly about evolution and the different stages and whatever.
casablanca is on now. of course i'm watching it. can't resist those classics. i think these get my brain working in the way people now-a-days (how old am i?!) say garden state and i heart huckabee gets their brain working. especially this classic. i love the song the piano player plays at her request. i was singing along with it when i first saw this movie in film over the summer. and i'm singing along with it now. sorry, kerri.
dawsons creek has started at the beginning again. i forgot what a vagina dawson is. and what a pimp pacey is. i wish i had a pacey! i love him! but pacey in the pater years. he was too horny at age 15. but then, what male sophmore isn't? i guess i can blame puberity and not pacey for that. i can't believe i'm still talking about this.
