More Landlord Woes
So, we still arn't in the house, still no idea when anything will be fixed.
Talked to a guy from SHELTER today, he said we'd been illegally evicted (because we have no keys, can't get in the house and are paying full rent), that the contract was null and we could walk away right now and sue in the small claims court for all our rent, damages and any other inconvenience.
So, off to Coventry tomorrow to get all of Justines things from the house, get Gregs full address and go to the CAB and have them help me fill in a small claims form and get that fucker nailed.
Then off to a nice new letting agency, and find a nice new house to live in.
