Paris!

This weekend my aunties, my mother and myself all went to Paris for a visit - it was pretty awesome and so sunny!

We got up at 4am, and I promptly stubbed my toe on the marble fireplace at home - but didn't think much of it apart from the frenzied swearing, we then travelled to London and got on the Eurostar!

First class travel!

I forgot to take a photograph of my breakfast til the last minuite. After breakfast came...

Delicious free champagne. I might've had several glasses. At 9am. ... hm.

I've never been a morning person~

My lovely Auntie Judith on her Blackberry. She normally looks much more mentally sound, I assure you.

And my equally lovely Auntie Lynda~

We arrive at the very posh Hotel Louvre. My foot hurts a bit, but champagne is awesome at numbing all known life pains. Here you can see me, my mum and my aunt in the posh mirror checking in.

Posh hotel is posh.

Me and mum in the hotel room.

More of the hotel room - Paris was so sunny.

One of the maids at the hotel must've had a sense of humour - what an awesome way to Frenchify your dressing gowns.

The view of Paris from our hotel room.

We went for a short walk to the Louvre~

Me sat on a fountain outside the Louvre. I wish I'd brought some sunglasses.

Me considering Monets lillies, they were much bigger than I thought. We got told off shortly after this for taking photos, and pretended we didn't understand. Oh, happy times.

My mum at the Louvre cafe.

My aunts at the Louvre cafe. Yummy refreshing beer in the sun.

Outside the pyramid at the Louvre at night.

I drunk too much that first night :( The next day I was sliiightly hungover.

We went on a boat ride on the Seine. I don't really like boat tours.

The Eiffel Tower! Surprisingly small and slightly ropey. We didn't go up, because the queue was like they were giving out free cake and blowjobs up there.

We also went to Notre Dame. Lots of gypsies there, but no Esmerelda. Really dark in there, I mean *really* dark.

The queue there was to climb the stairs to the top. And they only let 6 or so people go every 15 mins. It was mad.

Me at a fountain outside the hotel. Lovely Paris.

And a rather grumpy me outside the Metro just before we left to go home. I didn't want to go :(
