Iconicity - Part Four
Since my images have leaned a little toward the morose or reserved, I thought I'd mix it up today.
On a side note, we talked last night at rehearsal about the text for this piece. It will be a combination of our own thoughts, snippets from interviews with the photographers/subjects/critics of these photographs, and well, hopefully, maybe, you ... if you have any issue with your words being used, please let me know. I can assure you that you'll be credited in the program for your contribution. Since this is so free form, I cannot guarantee anything you say will make it into the text, but I'd like to have the freedom to submit as I see fit or feel inspired. There's a lot of good discussion and reaction being generated here and as I shared these entries with the creative team at last night's rehearsal, it became clear that this is a viable part of the process that can and should be used in shaping the text.
