new book
Ethics for a New Millennium - A Talk by the Dalai Lama
So far I'm only 32 pages in it and it has me hooked. I'm opening my eyes to the experiences of the world. Hope to finish it in two weeks or so...maybe by the end of this week. After all it is only 300 pages.
The weekend was great, I wish I had more time. Friday, Friday was great. *grin* Saturday morning was too short, the afternoon I spent too much money but the new bra fits wonderfully. And this new red skirt...well it was worth it, my ass looks great. Saturday night, I spent in my own mind oblivious to my surroundings, thinking of another place. I was able to come home and enjoy people I want around me. Late nights with good conversations, worth the weight in sleep. Sunday at the dog park, the sun shining the wind blowing, me freezing my ass off. The afternoon was spent at the parents. I fell asleep too early on the couch, only to wake up at 9 and spend till 12 up reading/ contemplating life.
I didn't work out this morning, going to do that tonight. I really need to find motivation in the morning.
