(no subject)
Last night I was able to move the storage shed crap (camping gear mainly) into the new place. I brought the dog and he ran and ran and ran in the back yard. Every once and a while he would come check on me and I could here his nose sniffing at the door. I'd look over the gate and he was standing there with the biggest dogie smile you can imagine. His tail, well stub, just going on over load! He runs like a deer bouncing threw the yard, I am so happy. Tonight I would like to get one more load over to the new place, and let him run around again.
On my way home last night I wanted to top off my car with gas. So I figured at $2.69 per gallon it would be between $10-15 for a half tank. Wrong. 7.4 gallons later I was at $20 for my half tank. At least if the prices go up again I'll have 420 miles before I need more. By then I hope the prices will level out. I don't think I will be able to afford to go to the ocean. I don't think I will be doing much for my "vacation". At least I will have a yard to play in and run around in, I'm such a kid. I am seriously looking into a Vespa or a Yamaha scooter. I'm pricing them out and you can get one for $50 a month. At 50 bucks per month and maybe 5 bucks for gas, that's way less than what I am paying for travel to and from work and small errands. If I get the small 50cc one, I won't have to get a motorcycle license either... hmmm
