Well, I am really sore. My lip hurts from the stupid cold sore (took 6000mg of L-lysine yesterday which seems to help), legs hurt from working out, and my back is still a little stiff from wake boarding. Tonight I work out and more than likely it will be arms. So tonight I should be all sorts of sore grumpy. My current work out routine is Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I rotate arms 3 exercises with 4 reps of 15. Back and shoulders 3 exercises with 4 reps of 15. And then legs 4 exercises with 3 reps of 20. All three days I have 15-30 minutes of cardio and 3 exercises for my abs with 3 reps of 20. Then stretch. My trainer would like me to do cardio on Tue and Thursday but, I just don't feel like it. Plus I do enough shit on the weekends to make up for it.
Spoke with the rental place and she said she should have an answer for us tonight. What gets me is the time it's taking. We can't really look for another place till we have an answer on this one. I just want a yes or no so I can move on with plans.
This weekend I plan on hiking Saturday. Want to make it up to Noble Knob down to Lost Lake. Rudy got me a nice backpack from REI so, I have plenty of room for supplies. And the dog has his own pack. So we will not run out of water like in the past. I need to pick up a water purifier, the one Jamie had worked awesome. That way I don't have to carry all the weight. I would like to be starting at 9am. This way the heat won't be that bad. Think I might bring the bathing suit to go swimming in the lake. Not sure how deep it is though. I know last time I was up with Kate and she went out knee deep which wasn't that far out.
