Previously I wrote about a friend posting a picture of a deformed kitten. This time I don't even know who posted the picture I saw on my timeline last night, but it freaked the fucking shit out of me so bad I can barely describe it since I got past it as quick as it could, but it was of a skeletal figure that looked both animal and human, deformed, evil, missing skin but had eyes, black & white, I don't even know what the fuck it was or what the point of the post was.
If I could stand to go back and look for it I would post a rant to that person then probably report the post to facebook for whatever you can report posts for. It was sick fucking shit, like the worst horror movie still you could imagine. I am not a horror movie fan. Just no. Gratuitous violence is gratuitous violence and that's not scary to me, it's disgusting. Watching a movie where you know any moment the bad guy is going to go after other characters and hack them to pieces or torture them is not my idea of an enjoyable experience.
I know some very nice people who are horror movie fans of the Nth degree. Just like anything else, there's an audience for it.
But not on Facebook. Please.
