If my anger had a voice
Oh the things it would say,
The words would slip from my lips-
With venom that sticks and stings
worse than salt in a wound.

If my anger had a voice,
it wouldn't scream or rage.
It would carefully, viciously,
tear you in two.
With a poisonous bite.
With serrated claws.

If my Anger has a body,
Oh the things it would do,
do to you.
It would wait patiently,
building its power as grows
larger and larger.

If my Anger had a body
Oh the things it would do.
It would beat the shit out of you,
with a backhand to add
insult to injury.

If my anger escapes,
You better apologize
and prove you mean it,
Because if my Anger had its way -
it would destroy you,

It has been a long time since I've written poetry, but I figured I'd give it a shot.
