I haz an ear wyrm...
I seriously cannot get enough of this video. It's a fabulous fan video based on Patrick O'Brian's Aubrey/Maturin series, and shows the two main characters Jack and Stephen visiting a foreign dignitary in the hopes of getting him to sign a peace treaty with Britain. And now I'm making it sound all serious, right? Well, it's not. There are dancing stick figures, made with such wonderful details that I can watch the video again and again. Might be that the humour won't appeal to people who haven't read the books (I suspect that's the case with the boyfriend). If so, I have only one thing to say - go read the books, all twenty-and-a-half of 'em :D
There is also music; a wonderfully catchy tune - O-zone's Dragostea din tei - that is so far from the music I usually listen to that it's been driving the boyfriend mad (he's no fan of pop music, to put it mildly).
