Hmm...would this "craft store" be a Jo-ann Etc. by any chance? Or is it Michaels? Of course, I could be totally wrong on both questions and it could be just a random craft store that you work at! XD

It's neither, however very similar. It's called Pat Catan's. It's not as widespread as Jo-Anns or Michael's, we only have stores in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
