Older Arthur, younger Merlin fic
Hello! I am looking for fic I read a while ago, but now cannot find again (dammit!!).
It had an older, business-man Arthur, and Merlin around 16/17 years old. Merlin and his mum run a type of B&B/boarding house type thing, and when Arthur comes over from the US he stays there. They eventually fall in love, but Arthur goes back to the US and time goes by. Merlin looks Arthur up when he is in the US on tour (he is in a band) and things work out...
Other (random) details I can remember:
- I'm pretty sure Merlin's second name WAS NOT Emrys.
- The Modest Mouse song 'Float On' featured quite heavily I think.
- Merlin is bullied in school.
- Gaius is another lodger for the first part, he is from another country I think.
I hope someone can tell me where to find it again!!
