Specific Arthur/Fem!Merlin fic

This was a oneshot fic I believe. I think it took place during the Victorian era and in this fic merlin was a girl. I remember the fic mentioning how he goes to propose to her. I remember they end up making up pretty heavily and she makes a comment that causes Arthur to believe someone has touched her like how he does and he ends up riping her dress trying to look for marks, but she tells him there is no one. I think they have to be careful not to get carried in the moment because they are not married yet.
