President!Arthur

I am stuck at home sick today and have been on a West Wing bing session and I remembered this one fic I read, it was a one shot. Where Arthur was the president I think and he was getting prepared for a speech and Merlin was his partner. They had been arguing if I remember right.

If anyone knows what I am talking about that would be great!!

Also as a plus any fics where Arthur is the President or any fics based on the West Wing would be great, I dont think there are any that I have found but someone may surprise me :)
