Merlin is turned into a hawk

I'm looking for an older fic. It may be a series or chaptered fic. I only remember bits and pieces. Merlin is turned into a hawk. One scene has the knights using him to bring trinkets and favors to their lady loves by flying to their windows. I think he got terrorized by a goose. Arthur keeps him close and Merlin daintily eats from his hands. Arthur was teaching Hawk Merlin to throw knives with his beak.

I think it's implied Merlin and Arthur has feelings for each other but Merlin was still a hawk when I stopped reading and I don't know if the author ever finished the series.
