I hope you all read this
This is to those who I am lucky to call friends, and I hope each one of you gets a chance to read it. I want you to know that I pray for each one or you, as your days begin. There is a specific, detailed prayer for each of you, and if you would like to know what it is, ask and I will gladly tell you. So when you do start your day, remember, YOU HAVE BEEN PRAYED FOR. I also want each one of you to know that I promise to love you each like Jesus loves me. The only difference: I'm not perfect, He is. So when I screw up, please be patient. I hope that we will all be friends for years and years and years and years and years...i hope you get the point.
The main reason for this entry tonight is so that each of you knows how much you mean to me. God has given me a very special gift, and I will do my best to not take it for granted. Thank you for each being your own, unique self. It's a joy to know and learn from each of you daily.
"It is right for me to feel this way about all of you, since I have you in my heart; for whether I am in chains or defending and confirming the gospel, all of you share in God's grace with me. God can testify how I long for all of you with the affection of Christ Jesus. And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Christ Jesus--to the glory and praise of God." Phil 1:7-11
