Well, we didn't win...
In fact, we didn't win anything. But oh well, life goes on ay. Personally I was disappointed with my performance, my throat didn't hold too well, i stuffed up a couple of guitar licks and I just didn't have the energy to really perform. I got out of time in a couple of instances too. It's so different being up there with the huge sound system, you can't really understand what's going on, everything is happening at once. I'm not making excuses, I'm just a little disappointed. Meh, it's not the end of the world.
Manly lost last night though, and this my friends IS the end of the world. *sigh* :P haha oh well we'll bounce back against the raiders next week, and I'll be there cheering em on!
One good thing did come out of last night though. Some kid got me to sign his hat. Making that one kid happy made the whole thing worth it :)
So yeah, my goal was to win at least one of the awards, but it didn't happen. Sometimes when things like this happen you feel like giving up, you just start questioning yourself and wonder if it would be better to start dedicating your time to something else. But fuck dat! Playing music is just too much fun! :D
ps. Megadeth concert is in 5 days, and me n Dill r meeting Dave Mustaine!!! yewww!!!!
