CELEGORM!!

Who was in charge of this child? WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SUPERVISING THIS CHILD AND INSTEAD LET THEM ROAM AROUND THE CITY BUILD AN EFFIGY OF STRAW AND SET IT ON FIRE UNTIL IT CONSUMED HALF A BLOCK OF HOUSES ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF THE CITY?

That's right. A half a block. You all got to sleep last night, nice and warm in your cozy beds, but ( Read more... )

Ereinion, you can find the ERU FORSAKEN contractors and see when the Mandos they are going to arrive. Here, take my dagger with you and tell them that the king says they will be shitting that out if they don't arrive within the hour. Naneth, it would be good if you, like, tended to the newly left homeless people.

I suppose they'll be staying with us until their houses are rebuilt?

May I apologize for them, since it seems that their mother is no where in sight to do so?

*laughs almost maniacally* Tell me, Miriel, what good would apologizing do? If Celegorm were to come here and say sorry for burning down these houses, would they suddenly reappear again, better than ever? Would you apologizing for your grandson suddenly make him an obedient child? Save your apologies for the delusional ones who think that they would actually help.

I'm in the same position as you are, Finarfin. I too feel the obligation to apologize for their wrong doings even if I had no part in them.

finarfintheking August 28 2003, 13:37:52 UTC
Then let me make it clear to you that there is no such obligation for you.

Of course you don't have to worry about Aredhel and Glorfindel, they can live with the disfunctional side of the family, we've got plenty of room in the rat hole newly renovated House of Fingolfin. How did I just know this was going to happen. Pfft.
