We finally arrived a couple of days ago after an incredibly long flight , lay over and flight that didn't take off for over two hours! The temperatures have been high so far but bearable.
I've been working on the transcription work that I got from the university (pays ten an hour, so it's definitely worth it), and we've been to the mall once as well. Yesterday night I went to a wedding dress store with Rocky (Andrew's mom, my maid of honor). I got a dress that was $599.
At least it was 4 years ago. They had a special sale going on so we got it for $99 :-) Of course you also need to calculate the price for the petticoat ($60) and the corset-type bra (got it for 18 instead of 80 at Target). It's a full on wedding dress. I felt so weird trying it on and everything. Pictures will definitely follow later.
