2. She's one of Capcom's characters who kind of has a surname by accident or something; I read it once and decided to run with it when I played the character. Regina is the Latin word for "queen," which makes it completely inappropriate for her; it's also the source of her username. "Regina mundi" translates to "queen of the world ( ... )
