The Joker was inside the same warehouse that he held Namine captive in. He grinned wildly at the sight of all the drumbarrels of gasoline all connected to each other. He felt a sense of accomplishment in his handiwork. Now the real fun was about to begin. He turned to see that Kanda was here and he grinned a bit more, laughing slightly.
"Ah, isn't it a wonderful sight?" He marveled as he looked around. The entire warehouse seemed to be filled with all these connected barrels of gasoline. He knew that this next little bash he'd create would be just as fun as before.
Kanda frowned slight, surveying the scene. He didn't recognize exactly what the barrels were, but he figured they must be dangerous. He tilted his head and crossed his arms. "What exactly is all this?"
The Joker's grin grew more as Kanda inquired about the barrels. "See, I was exploring around these parts the other day," He explained as he started circling Kanda. "And I happened to notice hundred, maybe more, barrels in all these abandonned warehouses just sitting there. So, I got this idea," He stopped as he turned to face Kanda. "What happens when you add fire to gasoline?" He asked, a large grin plastered on his painted face.
Kanda kept a steady eye on the Joker, it always set his nerves on edge whenever the clown circled him like that. As crazy and reckless as he was, he knew the Joker was not a man to be trifled with. He wouldn't put it past him to try and kill him just for the thrill. Not that he could, but the Joker didn't know that.
"It...Explodes." He said with a frown, furrowing his brow at this. So gasoline was in the barrels, that made more sense.
He started to laugh gleefully as Kanda answered him. He grinned and nodded. "Exactly!" He exclaimed as he started to pace around again. "Have you heard about the girl named Katara?" He asked, looking back at him.
Kanda hated being circled like this, setting his nerves on edge once again. He scowled for a second at the mention of the girl. Had he heard of her? He was sure she was the idiot talking about taking on Zeit after Axel and his friend died, he thought.
The Joker stopped circling him and stood facing him dead on. "She accosted an entry I put up on the device yesterday," he started. "She seemed to be just another bratty girl, however, I found out she has a... Lover, let's say, that seems to have the ability to control fire." He grinned insanely, a flicker of madness in his eyes. "Catch my drift?"
Kanda frowned more at this, furrowing his brows in thought. "You want to use this...lover to blow up these barrels?"
This idea seemed a bit more complicated then the last but it sounded like fun. He grinned slightly, a similar gleam in his own eyes. "That'd cause an amazing explosion. How would you get him to do it?"
The Joker grinned at Kanda's realization of what his intentions were and he turned around to face the barrels now, walking toward them. "Its simple enough," He began. "Hold her captive, get her boytoy all riled up and he'll try to fight me or you, depending on what you're willing to do in this project and BOOM!" He made a noise similar to an explosion. The place will blow, however we have to make sure we get out first."
Kanda nodded, crossing his arms as he watched the crazed man before him. An almost sadistic grin slowly growing on his face as he set up the scenario in his mind. "I'll fight him."
He was holding his abilities back from him until the right time, not many in Zeit knew of his special healing ability. He chuckled sadistically. "Anything to get back at those damned puppets."
