(no subject)
Third day of classes, which means that I actually have to start paying attention to the professors. XP. So here's a brief overview of my classes.
Technical Writing: What I realize about this class is it's teaching me to be a glorified secretary, minus having to actually answer phones. Or make coffee. Today we learned how to write Memos. I mean, how much more exciting can you get? And next week we are moving on to...LETTERS. OMFG, I can barely contain myself, not. The sad thing is that everyone says this class is going to be hard. I mean one of my History profs started laughing when I told her I was taking this class and then wished me good luck.
Tudor/Stuart Britain: I'm putting my dislike of history past 1250 CE behind me, and actually am going to go into this class with a good attitude. One of my good friends is in the same class, and the professor seems very fun, which is always a good thing.
Introduction to Sociology: 8.00 AM class, need I really say anymore. Yeah, booorrriiinnnnggggg.
Introduction to Classic Mythology: One word. AMAZING. I get to read about Greek Gods and get credit for it <3
Writing Across the Disciplines: Is it a bad thing that I still have NO CLUE what the purpose of this class is. I think it's for teachers, but it's required for my English major, so oh well. At least it's with Dr. Silverman, so it's all good.
Anyways, this semester can be either good or bad but I'll take it as it comes.
In other words, does anyone here like Rozen Maiden? Because I just finished watching the first season, and I would love to get a group going for one of the conventions in the late part of the year. It's an amazing show so far.
Well back to reading about memos. <3
EDIT: I am so torn between two characters of Rozen Maiden. I would love do cosplay either Shiku or Suigintou. But I can't decide.So here's a pick of both of them, any thoughts?
