LiveJournal

I seem to write in LiveJournal far less when I have less to complain about. I feel bad for that. But between life being on an upswing, supposedly for everyone I know - plus, you know, the move - it seems hard to find time to gripe about the nitty-gritty.

The single biggest worry (that isn't usual, like money or professional stuff) is my gaming group. My Friday night game is about to transition online. We'll be playing via webcam and headsets and the like. I'm all-in-all pretty jazzed about this. It will allow me to continue to play one of the best games I've ever heard of, with a group I've come to consider family. My worry is that the transition to a new medium of play will affect the nature of play. That will happen. Almost by definition, it will. And that's fine. My worry is that the change being too restrictive, that we won't have the banter or the report or the chemistry we do now.

But really, that's about it. Otherwise, life seems to be pleasantly good(ish) for once. :)
